Chocolate.
Chocolate comes from cocoa beans . Cocoa trees grew about 100 million years ago. It grow in a hot place and has a lot of rain . 
Around 200 BC, pre-Olmec people were grinding up the beans and making them into a hot or cold spicy chocolate drink with vanilla.
This beans is helpful, it has vitamin C and caffeine.
In the history people use cocoa beans as money. Only rich people drank the chocolate drinks.
